......After years of accumulated knowledge and experience, we received a request from TAI (Turkish Aerospace Industries Inc) in 2004 regarding nickel composite tooling. At that time, we were operating under the name Yurdanur Medical Ltd. in the field of medical supplies and mould manufacturing.

......We were unfortunately unable to meet that important demand due to financial restrictions. But the fact that the mentioned company evaluated us as sufficient was very important for us. During the initial meetings, we had proposed ceramic tooling as an alternative, but the suggestion was declined due to the fact that it was not a conventional method. Based on our previous experience, we had no doubt that this method was suitable. Eventually, our offer for a sample was accepted and we prepared a small trial mould. The results were extremely satisfying. The fact that the authorities commented about the results as “beyond perfect” was proof for the importance of experience.

......We felt a righteous pride. However at that time, we could not figure out the sleepless and difficult days that lied ahead. This was the spark, and it took a great deal of our time to nurture and turn it into a burning fire.

......Today, we continue our efforts to advance the results achieved with that initial enthusiasm. We are open to all kinds of cooperation in order to exceed “beyond perfect”.
